A

Either FCECU channel detects a loss of ability to command or control its associated Pitch Trim Actuator
or
Airspeed #1 is not equal to Airspeed #2 ±17 kts (IAS MISMATCH message on PFD, RUD CNTRL, SPLR OUTBD and ELEV FEEL caution lights also illuminate)
or
Trim input commands disagree.
