Physical Properties
Properties that are observant in a physical reaction. Ex: color roughness shape etc ;
Physical changes
Changes that can be made without changing the substance
Chemical Properties
Properties that are observant only during a chemical reaction. Ex burned, rusty
Chemical changes
Changes that happen and can’t be reversed
Average Speed
The speed an object goes in a certain distance and a certain amount of time. Formula distance divided by time
Velocity
The speed and the direction of an object’s motion
Friction
A force that occurs when 2 objects rub together
Newton’s first law
When an object is in motion it wants to stay in motion. When an object is at rest it wants to stay at rest.
Newton’s second law
When 2 forces on an object are balance the object will not move. When the forces are unbalanced the object will not move
Newton’s third law
For every action there is a reaction
