A
infective condition of the kidney. can be acute/chronic

A
‘reflux nephropathy’
principally caused by chronic vesicoureteric reflux
abnormalities of the uterus which results in retrograde urinary regurgitation thorough the vesicoureteric junction
kidneys become scarred, atrophic and have classically blunted calyces
