2A. Why would you like to pursue a career within audit?
- Offers an ideal platform for me to further develop and apply my analytical and problem-solving skills
-I initially developed these through completing modules such as econometrics where I gained proficiency in data analysis as well as quantitative techniques.
-In addition, I have previous experience at EY where I was exposed to financial data as well as the cooperate world which captured my interest in auditing which involves assessing financial statements and ensuring their accuracy and compliance matches with regulations.

Based on past experience and research I understand the role of an auditor is
1. Examine and evaluate an organization’s financial statements, transactions, and internal controls.
2. Verifying the accuracy and the integrity of financial information
3. Lastly, provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve internal controls
2C. What are your key strengths and unique qualities that make you a good fit
My key strengths and qualities that make me a good fit for audit is
1. Strong Analytical skills: I feel comfortable when presented with data and confident in being able to analyze data in order to find patterns or discrepancies.
2. Attention to detail skills: I really like to produce high-quality work and my attention to detail skills ensure the quality of my work aligns with both the precision and accuracy required.
3. Time management skills: I feel comfortable with doing many different things at the same time and I believe I am good at prioritizing certain tasks and getting tasks completed on time and to high standards
