What does the RESET button do?
Resets the Overload Relay or HSB
What’s does the LIGHTS ON button do?
Resets the OCR and OVR
What does the Pan Up button set?
The Auxiliary Relay
What does the Pan Down button do?
Trips the Auxiliary Relay
What does the Bell button do?
Energises the Bell interlock relay.
What does the TEST button do?
Tests the FIL light works.
What does the Vigilance button do,
Acknowledges vigilance.
What does the EMPB button do?
Bypasses the Control Governor.
Used by an OMET qualified worker to:
Watch signals
Check driver is ok
Ensure 425kPa BP
What does the T.I. test button do?
Tests traction interlocking (T.I. function test)
What does the T.I. Override button do?
Temporary override of the traction interlocking.
What does the Saloon Lights button do?
T set
Emergency lights and reset battery charger fault.
What does the Parking Brake button do?
Apply and release Spring Parking Brakes on all cars (T set).
What does the Quick TMS Reset button do?
Quick reset of the TMS.
What does the TMS Shutdown button do?
Complete reboot of the TMS.
Permission is required from Mechanical Control before doing this.
What conditions must be met for the UNCOUPLE button?
Zero BP & reverser out of isolation.
