• Secondary

  • Common with previous anesthesia
• Dx-hematology- left shift;
• Tx- Antibiotics, nebulisation

Mycotic Pneumonia

• chronic infections- joints, eyes, brain
• Dx- urine or serum, cytology
• Tx- depends on fungal sensitivity
