- more common in dogs than cats
- Primary
- Younger dogs- Bordetella and Pasteurelle
- Secondary
- Older animals
- Common with previous anesthesia
- Dx-hematology- left shift;
- Tx- Antibiotics, nebulisation

A
- chronic infections- joints, eyes, brain
- Dx- urine or serum, cytology
- Tx- depends on fungal sensitivity
