Non productive cough, no leukocytosis, bullous myringitis

VERY sick! high fever, lots of chills, GI involvement (diarrhea)

COPD, alcs, healthy adults. BUCKETS of SPUTUM
key presentation of klebsiella pneumonia?
alcs, diabetics, debilitated. bulging fissure on chest xray (LOBAR pneumonia)
who gets Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis
patients with long standing asthma
who gets invasive aspergillosis?
Immunocompromised patients
