right heart catheterization! use pulmonary capillary wedge pressure to measure left sided heart pressure + ensure normal functioning.

A

calcium channel blockers, endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (up reg NO production), prostacyclin derivatives
