- Clinical suspicion of risk factors

Diagnosis can not be solely based off of clinical symptoms. What other tests should be run?
A
Chest X-ray
- Excluding Heart failure, pneumonia
ECG
- Exclude a MI and pericarditis
Arterial blood gas
- May be hypoxemia
