Chest pain, dyspnoea, tachypnoea, cough, tachycardia, fever

A
Wells score, VQ scan, CT pulmonary angiography, urea and creatinine, FBC, D dimer

What is the treatment of a PE?
A
Thrombolysis, anticoagulation, IV Fluids, respiratory support
