deconditioning techniques

A

systemic desensitization- perform relaxation technique while expose to increasingly anxiety inducing stimulus. end- stimulus associated with relaxation.. use for phobias
flooding and implosion: confront with real (flooding) or imagined (implosion) anxiety provoking stimulus and can’t w/d until feel calm. tx phobia

token economy- reward for specific behavior
