A

A fixed, false belief, despite evidence to the contrary and is out of keeping with a person’s sociocultural norms

A

Eccentric behaviour, suspiciousness, unusual speech and thinking
NO delusions or hallucinations

What is schizoaffective disorder?

A

When someone presents with both symptoms of schizophrenia and a mood disorder (depression or mania) in the same episode of illness
So can be depressive type, manic type, or mixed
