Risk of reinitiation with clozapine
A
Risk of hypotension, bradycardia and syncope - must be reinitiated slowly if dosing interrupted for ≥48 hours

Risks of clozapine
A
(1) Severe neutropenia
(2) Orthostatic hypotension/bradycardia/syncope
- Risk is highest during initial titration period esp. with rapid dose escalation
(3) Seizures - dose related
(4) Myocarditis/cardiomyopathy - C/I to rechallenge

Anticholinergic effects
- Dose related, antagonism of MuscR
Dyslipidaemia (high chol + TG)
EPSE
Fever
