what is an adjustment reaction?

How do adjustment reactions manifest?
depressed mood, anxiety, feeling of inability to cope, plan ahead or continue in the present situation, some degree of disability in performance of daily routine
What is organic delusional disorder?
disorder in which persistent or recurrent delusions dominate the clinical picture. is organic as it is the result of another physical issue
what often accompanies the delusions seen in organic delusional disorder?
Hallucinations, some features suggestive of schizophrenia
