compliance
behavior when the person is motivated by a desire to gain a reward
denial

groupthink
the mode of thinking that occurs when the desire for harmony in a decision-making group overrides a realistic appraisal of alternatives
identification
response to a social influence brought about by an individuals’ desire to be like the influencer.
