Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
If your actively involved in Praising God for all the things He has done throughout history
then you going to be remembering how Good God is to Israelites (Psalms 73:1)
then when you going through things you will remember, Hey I’m an Israelite let me ask God to deal with My situation!
Z: never forget the things God has done for our people.

For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder.
À: Whatever it is you dealing with God can make it through that
Z: Some kind of prison or trap you feel yourself in that you can’t get out of
God can get you out of that.
Iron, Brass, whatever it is.

Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
Fools : people that forgot about God (Ps 14:1)
Their afflictions come on them because they were foolish.
They did things that caused them to be out of The Spirit,
To not be mindful of God.
So this is why transgressions and afflictions came.

Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death.
Because of what they are going through or afflicted by,
starts to get depressed,
didn’t even want to eat no more.
And they feel like there is no point in living or being alive on Planet earth.
19 - 20
Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
A:! You had a fool!
A person suffering from their own iniquities,
because they didn’t stay in line in order with God
and they were afflicted and their affliction was so bad that it made them not even want to eat or live anymore.
But then in that affliction that fool Started to get wise and said wait a minute, I have A God!
Let me pray to My God and tell HIM about this heaviness on my heart,
let me ask My God to deliver Me to Save me!
And then The Lord said that He saved them, all they had to do was ask (St. Matthew 8, 21:22)
do you believe that?
There’s a Word for that. They asked and they received and He saved them out of all their troubles, distresses,
He sent His Word and healed them.

Worried?
Something plaguing your mind that you can’t Shake?
envious at the prosperity of the wicked who used to be in your life and you can’t get it off of your mind?
The Lord Said teach this because they can’t get it off of their mind,
they sit and meditate to themselves on negativity and evil.
But there’s none that’s focusing on doing good, they don’t know how to deal with it, their hearts are not right.
So the Lord wants you to get your heart right and know how to deal with these different Situations
