lysosome- digestive enzymes to fuse with food vacuole and break down food

contractile vacuole- osmoregulation whic takes water from cytoplasm and diffuse out of amoeba
pseudopodia- bulge of cytoplasm for locomotion and engulfing food (phagocytosis)
What protist is malaria and give life cycle
plasmodium protozoan
anopheles mosquito is vector and when bites human sucks blood with anti coagulant substance which transfers the protist into blood. goes to liver and asexual reproduce for 30 minutes after which enters blood and burst RBCs. fever for 10 days. mosquito bites again and takes protist and sexual reproduce in protist to infect another human.

symptoms: fever, nausea, vomiting, sweat and flu like
treatment: anti malarial drugs administered with quinine immediate
prevention: use net, insecticides in house, mosquito band, medication for tourists
