Hypothyroidism: AEB sluggishness, weakness, dry skin, muscle cramps, dry brittle hair, slow hr, weight gain, intolerance to cold, elevated tsh. Low t3 and t4
Severe: myxoedema

If too much, hyperthyroidism symptoms
Menstrual irregularities, anxiety, osteperosis

Considerations
A
Take in the morning empty stomach
1 hr before other meds
No therapeutic effects for 1-3 weeks
Start small and slowly increase dose
