A

• Asymmetrical, nodular, hard prostate on DRE

What investigations are carried out for prostate cancer?

A
• Bloods
- PSA >4ng/ml
• Transrectal USS and biopsy – 12 biopsies (Gleason score)
• Pelvic MRI
• Bone scan – screen for metastases
