Features of urinary obstruction
Pelvic pain
Hematuria 
Post renal failure 
Erectile dysfunction

Mets: bone mets so none pain and arthritis and features of anemia and pancytopenia
Mets tovisceral organs less common but lungs liver and adrenals most
