As it is in my interest to help tenants. Especially by providing other options to them when I cant help in other ways. I ensures I made clear I was not knowledgeable on the subject.
The Point - Explain how you manage the onerous duty of making sure all fire checks are completed within time frame.
Work closely with the Facilities Management team. Stay up to date with them, work on a schedule. I help them arrange things with tenants.
The Point - Have you any examples of where this was a particular challenge?
Some tenants might not use their units often. One tenant kept refusing to provide access and we had to threaten them with a call out charge to get them to cooperate.
