What is the definition of injure property?
Means to harm, impair or inflict material damage to. The damage can be repaired.
What is the definition of destroy property?
To end something or no longer exist: To cause the destruction of something, to damage something so badly that it cannot be repaired.
What is the definition of MVS?
37B - A person who drives or uses a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner or registered operator of the vehicle or some person who is lawfully in charge of the vehicle and had has authority to give that consent.
What is considered arson?
Setting for to a building, structure, etc.
“Is the malicious and wilful burning of specific types of property, usually whether one’s own or another’s.”
Points of proof: There was a fire with a change in the chemical composition of the substance that was burnt. The fire was caused wilfully and unlawfully. The accused was responsible for that activity.

Setting fire to property not listed in 268 and 268A, such as motor vehicles, garbage bins, clothing, etc.

Who, without having the consent of the owner - takes and drives it, or, takes it for the purpose of driving it when a person, other than a person with whom the perpetrator is in company, is in or on the vehicle.

There is no arrest powers for any fraud related offences unless found offending.

Any person who commits burglary; and
At the time - has with them any offensive weapon or instrument or any explosive substance or the place is used for human habitation.

- A person, being a suspected person or reputed thief, shall not:
1(a) Be in or upon any building whatsoever or in any enclosed yard, garden, or area for any unlawful purpose; or
1(b) Frequent or loiter in or near any public place, or any river, or navigable stream with intent to commit a crime or offence - If an police officer has reasonable grounds to believe a person was conteavening subsection (1) they may detain, search and seize
