A
O- humeral head –> medial epicondyle and supraepicondylar ridge of the humerus
ulnar head –> medial side of corned process of ulna
I- roughening on lateral surface, mid shaft of radius
I- median nerve C6,7
A- pronates forearm
assists elbow flexion
Least effective if elbow is fully flexes die to passive insufficiency

O:anterior surface of the distal ulnar I:anterior surface of the distal radius I:Anterior interrosseus nerve C8, T1 A:stabilisation of distal radioulnar joint pronation
