- Static growth / Macrosomia
- Oligohydramnios
- Reduced foetal movements
- Meconium presence
- Dry / flaky skin w reduced Vernix

- Membrane sweeps
- Induction of labour
When can Membrane sweeps be offered from? (2 things)
- 40 weeks (if nulliparous)
- 41 weeks (if parous)
When can Induction of labour be offered?
Between 41-42 weeks
What should you do with women who decline Induction of labour? (2 things)
- Twice weekly CTG monitoring
- USS w amniotic fluid measurement
(To identify foetal distress)
What should you do @ Foetal distress / srs complication to mother / child?
