DRE–> palpable mass

conservative:
loose weight, exercise, stop smoking pelvic floor excersizes
Pessaries–> change very 6 m
Oestrogen cream to help with infection

Surgery:
uterine Prolapse: vaginal hysterectomy w/out resection
Reconstructive Sx
Vault prolapse: sacrocolpopexy + mesh
Sacrospinous fixation + suture
