A

Project Scope: The work that is necessary to be completed in order to develop a deliverable

Product Scope: A description of the functions and features of a product or service

What is a WBS?

A

A breakdown of the major deliverables into smaller tasks that are known as “Work Packages”
Is usually seen as a hierarchy, with the deliverable at the top, and breakdowns of the tasks necessary to complete the deliverable.
