Group of projects, programs, portfolios to achieve strategic objectives
Portfolio 1 = Program 1 & Program 2 = Project 1 (Program 1) and Project 2 (Program 2)

Unique and verifiable product

What is a supportive PMO?
Supports the project manager and provides templates, training, or lessons learned from other projects
What is a Directive PMO?
Controls the project and the Project Manager is assigned by the PMO
What is a controlling PMO?
Determines whether the project will be waterfall, agile or hybrid and will dictate the types of forms to be used throughout the project.

Groups staff members according to their area of expertise
