utilization focused evaluation- focus on pragmatic, situationally specific and adaptive strategies; utility of actual program used; collaborative evaluation
responsive evaluation model- process oriented over outcome oriented, seeks interview from diverse stakeholders, the people most affected by the intervention or program; directly observe the program, design evaluation based on reported concerns and observations, report direct personal experiences of stakeholders, create reports
developmental evaluation- change over time, innovations in organizations; used in assessing teacher effectiveness and innovation and project development
accountability bridge model- framework used by individual counselors to assess effectiveness; receiving feedback from stakeholders, strategic planning within the organization, developing a needs assessment, and developing service objectives
knowledge based decision making model- integrating specialist knowledge of stakeholders, using their unique knowledge of systems, decide whether changes need to be made, resemblance to grounded theory
counselor educators focus on creating continuum between clinical practice and counseling research
