Descent:

▶️Altitude on FCU set and Pull

if there are significant variations in Airspeed and trends below the indicated V1: - Reject the Takeoff

After V1: “Windshear, Toga!”
Thrust levers – TOGA
Reaching VR – Rotate
SRS orders – Follow

note: if the FD bars are not displayed, move towards an initial pitch attitude of 17.5°

  1. Thrust levers at TOGA – Set or confirm
  2. A/P if engaged – Keep on
  3. SRS orders – Follow

(note: if the FD bars are not displayed, move towards an initial pitch attitude of 17.5°)

  1. Do not change configuration (slats/flaps or gear) 5. until out of windshear
  2. Closely monitor flight path and speed
    Recover smoothly to normal climb out of windshear

▶️Use weather radar or predictive windshear systems before commencing take off
▶️Select TOGA thrust
▶️Monitor closely airspeed trends during take out run for signs of a windshear
