Q

Should doctors always be professional?

A

[use professionalism point]
However…
-There is a taboo around doctors have lives outside of their career
-A study suggested that doctors posting photos in their swimwear was “unprofessional”
-medical professionals all over the world began posting pictures of themselves in swimwear/bikinis, saying that what they wear shouldn’t make them any less of doctors
-Being a doctor is stressful, its easy to get burnt out, to remedy this doctors should be allowed to have fun and they do outside of their career. Healthcare professionals have the highest burn out rate. Burnout can also threaten patient safety and care quality can lead to poor interactions with patients and when burned-out physicians suffer from impaired attention, memory, and executive function.
