Firms have a moral and legal responsibility to provide safe working conditions for their employees.
What is working conditions relevant for?
For people working in dangerous situations such as manufacturing.
Examples of a providing a safe environment?
Factories designed to be as safe as possible, sufficient protective equipment such as safety goggles and training about how to work safely.
Heath impacts - how is reduction pollution important?
It is important because these can negatively affect the oceans and atmosphere. For example dioxins are made when fibres are bleached during the manufacture of paper , card and textiles.
Why is reducing pollution important?
Reducing levels of pollution in important because of the potential danger to human health that it can have.
