Amaretto
An Italian liqueur made from the Apricot Pit and tastes like Almonds.
Angostura Bitters
Dark brown liquid made in Trinidad and Tobago, made with herbs, spices and botanicals and is 90 Proof.
Bacardi Rum
High quality Rum made in Puerto Rico by the Bacardi family, who are Cubans.
Bailey’s Irish Cream
Irish Whiskey based cream (Liqueur).
Blue Curacao (curaciao)
Orange Liqueur that is blue.
Campari
Bitter Italian wine. (Served in more than 1 oz. increments.
Chambord
French, Black Raspberry liqueur.
Cointreau
More expensive orange liqueur, clear in color.
Creme de Menthe (Green or White)
Mint Liqueur. Tastes the same with different colors.
Dark Creme de Cacao
Chocolate liqueur.
Disaronno
A high quality Amaretto.
Drambuie
Scotch based, honey liqueur.
Grenadine
Red, nonalcoholic syrup made from the pomegranate that tastes like strawberries and cherries.
Grand Marnier
Orange Cognac Liqueur.
Rose’s Lime Juice
Concentrated lime juice.
Kahlua
Coffee based rum liqueur made in Mexico.
Southern Comfort
A whiskey peach liqueur (High Sugar, High Alcohol)
Sloe Gin
A liqueur made from the sloe berry (tastes like cherries and strawberries)
Galliano
Italian Liqueur made in Holland and taste like Banana and Vanilla
Triple Sec
Orange Liqueur. Also in the family of orange liqueurs are Cointreau and Blue Curacao. They all taste the same.
