do you have subsites?

There’s no concept of a subsite. And that is intentional. Again going back to steve’s previous point about, you know, being research back because people don’t want to navigate a mega menu to a subsite of a subsite of a subsite. And then on mobile, it’s even worse. So we, for performance and usability reasons are intentionally flat.
What happens if we get an alert that content is outdated but never re-validate or do anything with it?
if they don’t take any action, then the system will automatically unpublish that content. It doesn’t delete it. You can still get to it. You can still republish it. It simply pulls it down and removes it from search results.
how does someone get access to Simpplr or get removed? For example, if someone leaves the company will it automatically remove their access?
With whatever you’re using, such as UKG or azure ADA, it’s gonna what we refer to as auto provision and auto de-provision.
So the moment that you remove access, you know, I think it’s pulling like every 60 seconds and it’ll remove their access.
Does it add the users at the same time? So, if I’m doing a new hire, you wait for the start date before you provision or provision before?
It’ll provision as soon as you add them to your UK G or active directory, or whatever you’re using, and it will even support just in time provisioning.
What is the option if a customer is using a ticketing tool that isn’t one of our native integrations like servicenow?
merge.Dev, a middleware of apis. So we have the ability to connect with fresh service. It’s not out of the box in terms of the integration. (Need to confirm w/ SC and product team first)
(long time just had prebuilt w/ workday; but if other integrations to bamboohr, use merge.dev, they connect the HRIS ans simpplr. App tiles wouldn’t substitute.

If someone replies to a question but the answer is wrong, can we remove that?
Yes, you have moderation capabilities and can remove it. Owners of the site can approve and validate answers.
Can we upload content into simpler? Can we, but drag and drop create folders?
yes, you can see all of that here. And you can also see where I have integrated this one with Share Point
how can we get some of the HRIS system without connecting to the HRIS system?
Okta or the identify provider because that system is already connected to their HRIS.
what are use cases for segments?
brands. regions (US vs EMEA)
If most of the information people are accessing in Simpplr is links to sharepoint documents (versus content created within Simpplr), would we get analytics on clicks on those documents?
No. We only provide analytics on content created in Simpplr.
Tip: if you wanted to get some level of analytics then you could create a post and link a sharepoint file to it.
