If a prospect tells you they have just signed up with a competitor and wouldn’t consider Regiondo for at least 12 months, what steps should you take?
- Update the call notes in Salesforce & create a Task to follow up with the in 8 months
- Create an additional Task to check their website in 6-8 weeks’ time to see if they have actually implemented a competitor’s booking system. If not Live on their website, call them to see how they are getting on - it might have gone wrong!
What is the field Seasonality and when do you need to add it?
The field Seasonality is mandatory. Add it when you create a lead and when you convert a lead into account by selecting one of the options from the drop down menu.
The field Seasonality will be used in every Daily Stand-up to help us focus more on accounts//leads that can bring value and revenue to our Company within current year and organize our work in the future.

How can our clients export their statistics?
Statistics are very important for our clients for unterstanding their customers.
Go to “Statistics > Statistic export” in your operator account and adjust the following 3 options:
- Decide which columns are important for you. Click on “columns” to set your columns.
- Apply filters. You can delimit the values of your columns with the filters. For example, you might want to just show the bookings from the last two weeks instead of a longer period.
- Export your statistics. You can download the .XLS file in the Reports section in your dashboard, after creating an export.
You will find all of your statistic exports in Statistics > Reports .
