what is the process?
A
Associated with customer service are a number of processes involved in making marketing effective in an organisation e.g. processes for handling customer complaints, processes for identifying customer needs and requirements, processes for handling orders. Customers want the service they receive to be quick and efficient and deliver on its promise. The processes in place must be suitably planned to allow this.
