10 if the airplane is unsafe or unable to fly 
11 predictive windshear warning

A

Either crew-member (usually PM) will call out the condition as clearly as possible.

The decision to reject is the captain’s responsibility. He should:
Callout: “REJECT”
Throttles - IDLE & Auto Throttles - OFF
Speedbrakes - UP
Reversers - DEPLOY
Brakes - RTO or MAX MANUAL

FO should call out:
“SPEEDBRAKES UP / NOT UP”
“REVERSERS NORMAL / NO L / NO R”
“60 KTS”
