Fetus is at risk 4-10 weeks. Risk reduces after 1st trimester
Features: sensorineural deafness, cararacts, congenital heart disease, hepatosplenomegaly, cerebral palsy.
Dx: IgM abs in the mother
Mx: check immunity, give mmr post-natally
