Can be umdertaken at anytime following the incident.

All make ups

Yes if the attandance did not exceed 4 pumps.
When else can a PRO take place
Following a training event or incident of note if the IC believes it beneficial to crews.
Where must the occurrence of a PRO be recorded
IMPD by attending SC
When should the outcome of a PRO be recorded
Within 28days of it happening
For 4 pumps and above where should the PRO take place
A venue away from the incident
Who runs the PRO
4 pumps and below SC can nominate the IC in charge.
4 pumps and above independent officer who did not attend.
