What is defined as a PRC
Structured chaired forum.
Provide a constructive and supportive environment within which the performance of command function can be discussed.
What are the objectives of a PRC
ID good practice
Individual, team and organisational performance maybe improved.
Feedback is feed back through managers, indivduals and the organisation.
Who will attend a PRC
Chaired by a nominated independent officer who did not attend incident.
All IC s upto and when stop was sent.
Monitoring Officer at time of stop.
SAI if accident occurred
ORT
Any other officers who had key roles in the command of the incident

First attending SC
