Define Tax Practitioner’s Privilege?
A
Congress enacted the “tax practitioner’s privilege”. it extends a modest testimonial privilege to clients of all tax aversions (not just lawyers) authorized to practice before the IRS.
Does not apply to criminal and tax shelters.
