what is meant by exogenous privatisation?

what are 4 examples of exogenous privatisation?
- school services (staff training, consultancy, school meals, supply teachers)
- management of schools (development of privately managed academies e.g. JCB)
- branding of schools ( schools selling the rights to logos and getting private companies to design websites)
- running the exam system ( AQA, EDEXCEL, WJEC)
what are 2 reasons for privatisation?
- many businesses are highly experienced and can provide cost efficient education which gives better value for money
- the profit motive may encourage businesses to improve schools which are poor
what are 2 reasons against privatisation?
- money is drained from education to go to private companies (includes meeting agreed profit margins)
- if the companies go out of business then children are left without schools
