This is the most important principle.
→ As one of the key ingredients or elements of communication, This may be referred to as the message itself. You always have to remember that you are only as good or valuable as your information is
Consistent in delivering the content
Refers to your persistence as the sender of the message in order to ensure that the receiver understands you and your message in its entirety
Consistency
You have to be direct to the point and don’t use unnecessary words
Conciseness
The language used should fit into the audience you’re talking to
Considering your audience
Determining which of these may be considered, as the most effective way that would make your message reach your intended audience.
Choosing the right medium
Refers to avoiding being vague or unclear with what you are communicating
Clarity
Both the verbal and nonverbal should compliment each other
Congruency
