Flat linguine type pasta made with squid ink served with scampi sauce & rock shrimp
Scampi sauce consists of garlic, parsley, chili, lemon, white wine, & prawn stock
LOBSTER
A long flat, egg noodle cooked in a spicy lemon vodka sauce. Served with meat of a whole lobster.
Served with an entire 1.25lb Maine lobster
