ESPRESSO
Espresso is an Italian way of making coffee in highly concentrated shots. A single espresso is 1oz, double shot is 2oz. Double is default
AMERICANO
Hot water and espresso. Can be made double and varying shots of water.
CAPP
Espresso drink w/ steamed milk, milk foam and espresso. Equal parts of each (1/3)
LATTE
Espresso, steamed milk, & layer of foam on top. 1/3 espresso 2/3 steamed milk, layer of foam.
MACCHIATO
A shot of espresso with frothed milk on top
CORTADO
Equal parts espresso & steamed milk. Always has the same volume: double shot espresso, 2 oz milk
FLAT WHITE
Espresso, steamed milk, & layer of foam on top. Similar to a latte but has a thinner layer of foam.
CHAI
Latte made with chai syrup. Half parts milk and chai syrup. The mixture is steamed & served with light layer of foam. Can be made into a dirty chai with espresso
