Can be made dairy free

Kale Salad (KALE)
Chopped kale with cabbage & herbs, tossed in almond vinaigrette. Topped with grana padano, avocado, toasted almonds.
Herbs include cilantro & scallions
Antipasti Chop (CHOP)
Lighter version of a classic antipasto chop, arugula, pepperoni, crispy chickpeas, provolone, & peppadew.
Tossed in a citrus, fennel pollen vinaigrette.
Winter Squash (SQUASH)
Butternut squash, kale, French feta, farro, pepitas & lemon vinaigrette
Beets and Burrata (BEETS)
Locally sourced roasted beets served with stracciatella cheese, pepita, breadcrumbs.
Beets are garnished in colatura gastrique wish is an Italian fish sauce base. Can be omitted to be vegetarian.
