The Executive
In the British Parliamentary syste, the executive sits within the legislature and is responsible for thr government and country
Core Executive
The most important elements of the government - cabinet , senior civil servants and key political advisors
Secondary legislation
(Delegated legislation) process im which primary legislation can be a needed by the gover,ent without requiring another act of Parliament.

Royal prerogative
Executive power of the monarchy - such as command and amend forces. The UK has been transferred to thr prime,imsyer who can wield them on behalf of the monarch.

Cabinet Minister
Senior member of Government - Have a head of department and Jane a major administrative and policy making function. Attend cabinet and are bound by the principle of collective ministerial responsibility
Government departments
An executive branch of governemt - role is to implement governemt policy and administer its areas if interest and control.
Individual ministerial responsibility
Members of the cabinet take ultimate responsibility for what occurs within their department including both administrative and policy failures.

when the prim minister agrees it is impossible to achieve.
