A
clinically aggressive B cell lymphoma that is thought to arise from thymic (medullary) B cells
female predominance and a median age at diagnosis in the third to fourth decade
Patients present with a locally invasive anterior mediastinal mass originating in the thymus, with frequent airway compromise and superior vena cava (SVC) syndrome

R-CHOP and radiotherapy
careful in young females with breast tissue
high risk for causing breast cancer
cycles of dose-adjusted (da)-EPOCH-R
no radiotherapy
