Differentials of Primary amenorrhoea?
A
Commonest form: constitutional delay
stuctural such as genitourinary malformation,
Gonadotrophin independant:
chronic/systemic disease and starvation.
dysfuntional hypothalamopituitary axis caused by cranial tumour or hormone deficiency e.g kallmans
hypothyroidism.
High gonadotrophins:
steroid hormone enzyme deficinecies
gonadal damage
chromosomal abnormalities such as kleinfelters or turners

Plot height and weight - BMI Full examination including smell test and signs of PCOS/turners urinary hcg TFTs Prolactin gonadotrophins steroid hormone levels
