Admit ABC approach - oxygen ECG CXR FBC, clotting screen USS - 70% have DVT V/Q - with half dose perfusion scan first. 20% indeterminate. CTPA - high dose to mother breast and lung

Management
A
LMWH and need to stay on this until atleast 6 weeks after pregnancy. they should be educated on self injecting - and safe disposal of needles.
not contraindicated in breast feeding.
