Inferior/Distal: Bodies of C5-T3 & Transvers Process C3-C5
Action:
Flexes Neck with Rotation to opposite side if acting Unilaterally

Action:
Downward Rotation of Scapula and Tilts its Glenoid Cavity Inferiorly by rotation of the Scapula
